Over-Fire Fonduta Cheese Dip
10-15 minutes on a hot bbq or 8-12 minutes over the red coals of a open fire.
Ingredients

sheets of tin foil wrappers
1 250
g
container your favorite cream cheese based dip
3/4
cup
salsa
or roasted peppers, or gardinera
diced tomato
sliced green onion
sliced black olives
Instructions
Wrap up in foil.
Then open up the top to have a peek.
If it’s warm & melty…you are done!
{Or you could leave on for a few more minutes if necessary.}
Open up the middle fold of the packet completely to form a bowl for serving.
