Simple Speedy Biscuits
Ingredients

all-purpose flour

baking powder

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
sugar

teaspoon
salt

cup
cold plain runny yogurt

tablespoons
butter
melted
Instructions
Oven on 210-220
Mix dry
Mix wet
Mix both just until moist and still craggy, but holding
Ice cream scoop out on an ungreased pan
Bake for 11-13 minutes
Let rest on sheet pan 4 minutes
