Simple Speedy Biscuits

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup cold plain runny yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  1. Oven on 210-220
  2. Mix dry
  3. Mix wet
  4. Mix both just until moist and still craggy, but holding
  5. Ice cream scoop out on an ungreased pan
  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes
  7. Let rest on sheet pan 4 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
