Simple Speedy Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup cold plain runny yogurt
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- Oven on 210-220
- Mix dry
- Mix wet
- Mix both just until moist and still craggy, but holding
- Ice cream scoop out on an ungreased pan
- Bake for 11-13 minutes
- Let rest on sheet pan 4 minutes
- Enjoy!
